• Link between internal customer and different engineering departments (mechanical, electric, magnetic, validation, etc.)• Manage, supervise, and advise mechanical designers and drafters• Lead design review meeting and customer presentation• Create DFMEA and validation plans• Lead and assist a SUMO HP product development • Investigate and troubleshoot problems reported by the customer, manufacturing team and/or suppliers (TRA, DFM, deviation request, etc.)

• Design mechanical and electromechanical components for electric motors (High voltage terminal block, junction box, wire harness, etc.)• Produce 2D drawing has per ASME Y14.5M standards• Participate in design review meeting

• Machine and tooling design with Solidworks• Prepare technical drawing for machinists and providers• Request quote and do follow ups with providers• Research and test parameters for 3D printing polypropylene • Build and test the designed machine• Maintain and repair the 3D printer• Produce samples of manufacturing defect found on polymer parts• Analyse and document manufacturing defect

• Create nomenclatures• Maintain part inventory• Draw 3D parts on Inventor or Solidworks• Write installation, deinstallation, replacement and reconditioning procedures• Write inspection procedures

• Data analysis with Microsoft excel• Familiarization with electrical wiring and connectors design
