I engaged with customers, developers, sales, marketing, and our CEO to create custom-built and enterprise driver management, warehouse, and yard solutions that solved expensive problems. I was responsible for the product roadmap, quality assurance and quality control testing on our products, and the project implementation and training for each new customer. Additionally, I managed first Renaissant's email marketing campaigns.

I was a part-time coach at Ferrum Athletic Company. I coached CrossFit and functional bodybuilding classes one to two times weekly. I also, am an assistant Olympic Weightlifting coach for the Ferrum Barbell Club when the team needs a substitute coach. I was responsible for coaching classes of up members of all ages and abilities. I took every member through a warm-up together, followed by a strength training session, then a workout of the day (WOD). It was my job to greet, engage with, get to know, and learn about members' daily mental and physical states and limitations to tailor the workouts for them. I provided hands-on coaching and perform spot corrections to ensure safety and effective movement patterns. The CrossFit group classes lasted one hour and it was my responsibility to manage each class's time and equipment. Ultimately, it was my goal as a coach to help members reach their fitness goals.

South Korea

I was second in command of an 88-person tank company deployed to South Korea for joint training with the Republic of Korea Army. I was responsible for maintenance, accountability, and operational readiness of 27 vehicles, including 15 tanks and over $150 million worth of property. As part of COVID-19 preventive measures, I managed and resourced three quarantine facilities that housed, fed, and provided healthcare to over 3000 people during their moves to the Republic of Korea. I also supervised a 25-person, multidisciplinary and multi-cultural team responsible for vehicle maintenance, supply, medical, IT, and Korean interpreter functions of the company.

South Korea

Responsible for planning operations in a combined arms battalion consisting of five companies and a total of nearly 600 people. I assisted planning multi-echelon training events, including a nine-month South Korean deployment, and helped ensure that the unit was ready to fight tonight and deploy anywhere in the world. I also served as the liaison officer between my unit and its higher headquarters during large training events. Helped organize health screenings 24/7 at military gates and daily on-post schools as part of the fight to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Fort Riley, Kansas, United States

I led and trained 39 personnel and was accountable for $20 million worth of property. I planned and resourced training events, certifying soldiers on their respective weapon systems and vehicle platforms. I was in charge of my platoon's performance on both a European deployment and a training rotation to the National Training Center in Fort Irwin, California. I supervised the vehicle and equipment customs process for the 500 person battalion when returning from a deployment to Germany and Poland.

Fort Benning, Georgia, United States

Learned how to lead a platoon of infantry soldiers. I qualified on multiple weapon systems that infantrymen use, wrote several operations orders, and honed my field-craft skills through weeks of patrols on foot and in vehicles. I had several opportunities to lead my platoon of 38 other Lieutenants on missions both in garrison and in the field. Additionally, worked within a 165 Lieutenant company-sized element during two week long training evaluations.
