 Monitor Physician Assistant (PA) Program email in-box and program phone calls by responding or referring appropriately Act as a primary contact for prospective PA student applicants (email, phone, in-person) and provide input an advice in relation to program admission requirements and processes Track program budget and assist with purchasing of PA Program-related items Assist with PA program-related travel, including processing of travel reimbursement Attend selected meetings with PA Program Director Assist with the organization and timing of ARC-PA Accreditation duties Appropriately report building and IT issues Serve as resource for contacts within EMU Coordinate PA Program meetings, information sessions, admissions interviews and other events Coordinate files and file storage for PA Program (including student, personnel, budget) Organize contacts for PA Program, EMU faculty/staff, local PA/physicians, s, others Update university information database as required
