Be the technical focal point for supplier activities directed toward process control and quality assurance of Fluid system.Work closely with various divisions of GE Energy for the fluids system new products qualification, managing supplier quality performance including performing regular audits and surveillance, leading root cause analysis and corrective actions and driving supplier continuous improvement.

Develop bills-of-materials (BOMs), customer and manufacturing drawings, and providing technical support to sourcing, project management, and external customers.Provide leadership for the Engineering Support to the Sourcing Department in efforts to localize turbine package.Communicate with China customer, work with them closely, help them to understand our Aeroderivative product characteristic and advantage. On the other hand, learn from our Customer and help our Business to improve our product to fit local sepcial requirement.
