He is always selfless. If there were issues during peak (Valentine's day, Mother's day..) Max always provided an immediate fix for business continuity but ensured that the root cause is identified to provide a long term fix. During one of the peak there was a massive failure at one of the factories and Max's leadership came to light when he co-ordinated the solution to solve the problem and ensured a solution in place. Max always challenged me. I was new to the role and those challenges helped me become a better product manager.
