- Lead team of internal and external image specialists ensuring all images are retouched to the highest level of quality and that retouching production levels and efficiencies are met.- Serve as Retouching mentor for team members to help execute high-quality retouching across all On-Figure and Still Life imagery including but not limited to e-commerce and editorial. - Maintain and update post-production guidelines for editorial and e-commerce retouching and department documentation; ensure all in-house and freelance staff are trained and adhere to Rent the Runway’s post-production guidelines.- Write OKR’s for the team while guiding individuals in how to write their own.- Continuous communication with Manager to guarantee the optimization of team resources and proper staffing.- Oversee and be the secondary owner of the DAM/ Digital Asset Management system (with powers users to support).- Management of Digital Asset Management system (example: reinforce process, folder structure, backup schedule) of all Rent the Runway visual assets, implementing and maintaining workflows, proper file naming, and image protocol.- Partner with Manager to drive efficiencies, reduce operational cost, identify and resolve challenges in the workflow, and improve the execution of retouching processes through solutions-oriented thinking.- Support Manager with tracking and communicating post-production budget spends, asset volumes, and 3rd Party invoicing.- Review imagery returned from 3rd Party Retouching vendors and ensure service levels are met; communicating with vendors regularly to provide feedback.- Identify goals and stretch projects for direct reports and support direct reports in testing and building technical and critical thinking skills.- Provide regular feedback, image reviews, demos, team and 1:1 meetings, acting as a role model to promote collaboration and professionalism.

• Retouch in-house for fashion photographers Inez + Vinoodh. • Retouched on site for immediate release official Golden Globes 2016 winners portraits. The forty images were shared across the official Instagram accounts of the Golden Globes, Instagram, and Inez and Vinoodh.• Prepare all editorial and commercial jobs by processing RAW files, placing layouts, sizing appropriately for publications and initial retouching of fashion, editorial and product images. Major clients include Hugo Boss, Dior, Chloe, Calvin Klein, MiuMiu and V Magazine.• Liaison between photographers Inez and Vinoodh and senior retoucher regarding retouching requests.• On site image processing and retouching during shoots.• Quality control to check all final high resolution files before they are released toclients• Maintain two Epson 7900 printers while communicating with CMYK RIPproviders, GMG America.
