I am a Product Manager with a background in Data Analytics and Computer Science. I work to develop ideas from conception into actionable and deliverable tasks and strategies to help our team provide superior technology products as well as intuitive and enjoyable user experiences. I began my career as a business analyst in the sports, real estate, healthcare, and cryptocurrency industries. Throughout these experiences, I have been responsible for developing business solutions, organizing and running teams, analyzing success of campaigns and projects, and identifying pain points internally and with clients that can be eliminated/improved. My technical background and my passion for design and management has lead me to my current role where I enjoy working with my team's strengths and skills to continuously deliver phenomenal products that we are proud of. At Lifemed, I am the product manager of the Patient Management and TruMe teams. Our Patient Management team is responsible for developing solutions to improve patient experiences within hospitals. This includes simplifying patient check in and registration, providing instant authentication, and managing treatment queues. Our TruMe team is responsible for developing the TruMe authentication technology as well as implementing that technology into full service products for our clients. These products help create more secure and efficient processes for authentication and accessibility to our client's platform. Previously, I worked on other Tokenology Labs ventures under the same role with added responsibilities for marketing, social media, and brand development.
