My main task was to define the visual language and improve UX of the existing Specle products from a tool for brands and agencies to deliver print-ready ad materials directly to the publisher, issue and ad spec management tool for publishers, and to internal tools to lower the workload on the support.My responsibilities were including:• finding ways to improve the existing flows• creating UI guidelines from scratch and keeping the library updated and structured• creating lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes using Figma, Framer X, and React• conducting user tests, learning insights• handing off static screens and flows to the developers• helping the development team with simple front-end tasks

At KUPIVIP.RU, I was in charge of creating user interfaces for iOS and Android platforms. The process involved creating early concepts, researching, wireframing, prototyping, user testing and providing visual design and specs.During that time our team has developed and implemented a new visual language for our apps and services. We have concentrated our focus on user experience and accessibility, reworked the user flow for lots of scenarios, built an app for Apple Watch.Key contributions:— Redesigned checkout process which improved the conversion rate by 35%— Identified the main conversion funnels and redesigned home screen to increase both the engagement and conversion rates. Later the same approach was implemented on the website.— Made iOS and Android apps more accessible to visually impaired users— Achieved visual consistency across the apps

I designed Simplify for Mac, a music controller for desktop and web-players. It has more than 100,000 users all over the world. Simplify was mentioned on Lifehacker.com, Beautiful Pixels, Macstories, achieved #1 app in the Music category on the Mac App Store in more than 70 markets/countries, and awarded “Music App of the Year” by TUAW editors.I also designed, built, and maintained the company’s website, the goal being to position our company as a developer of simple, but high-quality products.Today, I'm designing new products and experimental interfaces for mobile devices and web.

At Actis Wunderman, I was responsible for creating highly polished and usable mobile interfaces — from concept to production — for some of the best known online and offline businesses in Russia, including Yandex (Kinopoisk.ru), Rambler&Co (Championat.com, Gazeta.ru, Redigo.ru, Quto.ru), CIAN, VTB24, LitRes, Ozon.Travel, 7 Kontinent.All apps were carefully designed following the design guidelines for major mobile platforms like iOS, Android or Windows Phone. The total audience of the services for which I designed apps at Actis Wunderman is more than 41 million people.

After working as a staff writer on the largest Russian web community for IT specialists (habrahabr.ru) and launching another social network (rocid.ru) I decided to go to the agency side as a social media specialist to learn how to communicate and work with a client. At Actis Wunderman, I blogged for Nokia's external corporate blog on habrahabr.ru and built a community of both interested and influential readers, and launched two successful special projects on that social media channel.A year later, I got a promotion as a social media manager, but declined it. I saw a job vacancy for a UI designer in the newly formed department of Mobile Development at the company, successfully passed the job interview and became a designer.

At RAEC, I managed design and development of RocID.ru website, a Russian social network for Internet professionals, which included industry news, job search functionality, and allowed users to attend events and conferences using their own profiles (IDs) on the website.In 2013, RocID.ru was splitted into two different websites: theRunet.com and RUNET-ID.com.

I worked as a staff writer at Habrahabr.ru, the largest web community for IT specialists and enthusiasts in Europe. While working for Thematic Media, I wrote about 500 news and articles about information technologies and business.
