Max is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) IMECHE with experience of working on both domestic and international projects, delivering various roles and outputs.Max is adept at the management and delivery of commercial outputs required as part of rail leasing and asset management. Max engages with operators, manufacturers, maintainers, suppliers and industry bodies to deliver projects and lease obligations for customers. Max is a proven and experienced project manager who has been responsible for the financial and daily management of multiple projects of high value. Max’s skills have been recognized by the relevant institute; as shown by becoming a certified Project Manager with the Association of Project Managers (APMP-5).Max has a specialisation in safety management activities on the railway, particularly in the undertaking of safety cases for the introduction of new train and train modifications. Max has a rounded view of safety assurance processes and the associated requirements.Max has experience working on innovative projects both in an engineering and management function. For example roles such as Safety Engineer of HydroFlex, the UK's first Hydrogen Train, and Project Management positions on the new build and retrofit projects.Max has achieved a BEng in Mechanical Engineering with first class honours and a MSc in Professional Engineering with first class honours.
