With my experience in analytics and insights, combined with my industry knowledge, I am able to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth. I thrive in cross-functional collaboration, influencing stakeholders and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Managed a 30+ person staff alongside a 3-person management team. I worked directly with the Owner, President, and Vice President of Bub’s to assist in expanding my horizons. Learned scheduling, salesmanship, and how to manage staff in constructive and meaningful ways to help with future growth within the business world.

As a suggestive salesperson, the professional outline was set out for me to learn how to upsell, know when to push and pull, and work as a team to create the best experience for the customer. While working an average of 55 hours per week, I averaged $1,700 worth of daily personal sales, through upselling $8 burgers. Throughout my time, I regularly received top serving accomplishments, including highest store-wide customer ticket average, top tip averages, and top net sales per month for five consecutive months, while working full-time. While attending the University of Cincinnati, I was a seasonal employee. However, when I was working during school breaks, I averaged 65-70 hours per week, with considerable praise from customers regarding quality of service.

In my role, I assist Career Coach, Antonique Flood. Together, we lead a dynamic classroom of 82 first-year students, offering valuable insights to foster the development of essential business skills crucial for future success in the business world. Additionally, I engage in one-on-one guidance during office hours, providing personalized support on assignments and constructive feedback for in-class activities. Committed to continuous improvement, I actively contribute to the evolution of classroom strategies by devising and implementing innovative approaches, ensuring the cultivation of a robust facilitation methodology.

I was selected to be one of three teaching assistants for the Introduction to Marketing course led by a tenured professor Ric Sweeney. This course has over 570 students, meeting every Tuesday and Thursday. Throughout my time being a Teaching Assistant, I have been able to help students learn about the basics of the Introduction to Marketing course by answering questions regarding the course. I additionally have been able to answer questions regarding business operations or the Lindner College of Business. While being a Teaching Assistant, I have been held responsible for preparing work for lectures and grading assignments while also being an active participant/leader in-class sessions and activities throughout the year.

I am responsible for mentoring 24 incoming first-year students in initial professional and academic experiences. I assisted with grading student assignments and providing constructive feedback on professionalism, business knowledge, and business practices. I assisted in Project Strategy, which is the creation of a SWOT analysis on a company located in the Greater Cincinnati Area. Additionally, I worked with my team during the spring semester on two projects, Project Innovation and Project Impact. Project Innovation is also considered the "Big Idea Project", focused on helping freshmen students explore their entrepreneurial backgrounds and innovate new ideas. Furthermore, while working on Project Impact, I mentored my team throughout the development of a project focused on helping a non-profit organization within the Greater Cincinnati area. I meet one-on-one with individual freshman students to assess progress in the business program and concerns over adjustment to college life and inform them about opportunities for on-campus involvement.

I have worked as a Consumer Market Knowledge - Analytics & Insights intern during the Summer of 2023. While in this role, I was responsible for analyzing large data sets, gathering insights, and creating go-to-market recommendations for the Bounty team. In addition, I have been tasked with collaborating with professionals in their respective fields to help grow the business as a whole. I am asked to act as a CEO while conducting research and making my presentations to get a holistic overview of the business. I have conducted one-on-one interviews with consumers to help grow my research, and also hosted a qualitative discussion with consumers. Throughout my work, I have been able to discover and recommend actionable insights for Bounty and P&G as a whole.
