• Work out full campaign plans and mechanism from the conception phase to market launch as well as the phase after launch (incl. necessary budgets) on all channels (owned channels, on-/offline)• Plan and manage the campaign specific toolbox in order to guarantee and control global campaign launches (product & category/brand projects) taking market specific needs (stated by & aligned with International Marketing) into consideration • Act as project manager for the complete campaign and communication management and involve, update and report to all stakeholders necessary (incl. director and VP level)• Support International Marketing with the implementation of these campaigns in their specific regions • Support and accompany campaign photo shootings and video productions, incl. ordering, examine & shipping of products to the shooting • Constant monitoring of competition activities and product releases

• Supporting the campaign managers in developing campaigns, asset- and toolbox-production• Coordinate requirements for developing campaigns across all categories• Drive campaigns through various communication systems and tools, a.s. the Marketing toolbox, MAM, and others• Support the campaign manager by co-ordinating and compiling content to support campaigns• Research relevant sources for content, such as scientific publications, industry media and social media outlets, always in coordination with the Campaign manager and Director communication• Carry out other related tasks as required, s.a. sample handling and communication budget controlling, handling of communication related invoices• Have an overview of all runnung communication projects and their status• Corresponding with suppliers, agencies, fair & event organizations etc.• Proof reading, reviews of communication and other marketing assets

• Provide first class customer service following a global Fan Engagement strategy• Deal and engage directly with the end-costumer via social media and other channels• Creating reports and analyze data of incoming and outgoing messages for all operating countries in Europe• Provide data based feedback to Sales, R&D and Marketing to improve the customer experience with the brand

• Training the sales staff on CYBEX and gb products• Building up point of sale solutions• Participating in trade fairs and organizing events• Taking over the sales activities in the field for the product portfolio
