Featured in The Los Angeles Times, Forbes.com, Huffington Post, The Awesomer, and more.Took the lead on both marketing strategy and implementation, with a strong focus on SEO/SEM, email, social media, and affiliate marketing.Built and managed creative partnerships with brands like Urban Daddy, Fancy, Brit and Co., and Everyday Carry.Designed all gift sets, researched new products, built and maintained relationships with vendors, placed orders and managed inventory. Recruited, hired, and led a team of three people. Made sure they had clearly defined roles, and remained on track with their objectives.Utilized training in HTML and CSS to manage website, build custom landing pages, and A/B test to increase conversion. Designed and built all other marketing and print materials. Worked extensively with a web/graphic designer to create a functional and attractive website and a custom shipper box.Took the lead on customer support, fulfillment, and many other roles.
