I work in partnership with clients, advising them on how to maximize the ROI on telecommunications vendor relationships in order to reduce telcom expenses while maintaining business objectives. As an independent consultant I do not receive finical incentives or commissions form telecom vendors. I assess my clients’ voice, data and connectivity contracts identifying opportunities for achieving savings and/or cost recovery and receive a portion of the savings as payment for my services. As a customer advocate my role is to assess the claims made by vendors, offer insights informed by deep industry experience and provide ongoing oversight and reporting of telecommunication costs.

In order to improve the prospects for my constituents I represented the GBA and its members in areas of policy making and community development.
