During this internship I worked as a health operations intern under Amy O'Neal. During my internship I completed many tasks one being organizing and inputting eye health data for over 250 disabled athletes. I also helped lead and oversee the healthy athletes programs of both special olympics Ohio, and Special Olympics Utah. I also managed and helped set up healthy athlete stations at the Special Olympics Ohio Summer Games. In addition, I randomly selected 300 athletes in a pool of 1,500 disabled athletes and partnered with JD Finish Line to give away shoes to these athletes at Special Olympics Summer Games. I also gained experience with the graphic design website known as Canva where I designed the certificates to give to the athletes selected for shoes with JD Finish Line.
