Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students with special needs, reinforcing learning concepts, adapting materials, and implementing strategies outlined in their IEPs.2. Assist the classroom teacher in modifying lesson plans and instructional activities to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring that all students can participate meaningfully.3.
