As an experienced Cabin Manager and Inflight Trainer, I focus on the initial and recurrent training of talented Cabin Crew members in-flight, including facilitating onboard return-to-work retraining in compliance with Company and regulatory standards. With seven years of aviation experience and a strong background in Evidence-Based Training (EBT), I am passionate about developing Cabin Crew in a dynamic and effective workforce.Currently, I operate as an Inflight Trainer and Cabin Manager, where I have the privilege of shaping the skills of Cabin Managers and Cabin Crew. Notably, I contribute to Australia's first airline to introduce EBT within the Cabin Crew environment.
