Hi there, I'm Maxwell Mitchell, a Senior Automotive Electrician with over 7 years of experience in helping businesses improve machinery availability and performance. I have a passion for engineering and technology, and I enjoy finding solutions to complex problems and challenges.I started my career at MCC group of companies. Where I learned the basics of machinery engineering and maintenance. I quickly progressed to a senior role, where I was appointed by Tharisa Minerals to maintain and repair a fleet of more than 150 machines on Site. I was responsible for promoting teamwork among reporting staff, attend to administrative and reporting requirements, assist with capacity building and performance management. I also ensured that safety regulations are adhered to.In 2021, I joined Engine Control Systems. A leading level 9 safety technology specialist which provides automotive support to clients such as Sibanye Stillwater's mining companies. As a Senior Automotive Electrician I work closely with clients to understand thier needs and goals, and provide them with tailored solutions that help them grow their businesses. I also mentor and train junior Auto Electricians.I have a Red Seal Trade certificate as an artisan for Automotive Electrician from Fezamax Training Centre in Kempton park. I also have completed my Electrical nated courses from N1- N3 from Nkangala FET in Witbank. I am always eager to learn new skills and keep up with the latest trends and developments in my field.I'm looking for new opportunities to leverage my skills and experience in Machinery Maintenance and Repair and to connect with like-minded professionals who share my passion for excellence.
