Contract Engineer engaged in various delivery/development roles:Chief Group | O'Herns Road Upgrade Sole engineer reporting to Construction Manager delivering bulk earthworks package, responsible for all quality control, tracking daily productions, material take-offs, direct supervision of works, and producing short term programs.Chief Group | Shepperton Line Upgrade II Sole engineer on Chief's group Primary Civil package (Rail formation, road pavements, drainage and retaining walls):• Daily/weekly tracking of project costs, and reporting income vs. supply cost to Management Team, preparation of EOM claim and forecasting.• Tracking of actual programme vs baseline (MS Project) and production of detailed 3-week lookahead with allocation of plant, labour and outputs.• Site measure of daily productions in-line with contract schedule of rates.• Direct supervision of workforce and daily/weekly material ordering.• Ensuring all works carried out to Client/Project specifications and implementation of ITP’s/ITRs.• Reviewing design drawings for best practice construction and issuing of RFI’s.• Preparation of minor works LS and SOR contractsFulton Hogan | MRPA- Clyde Road LXR – Civil Project Engineer during Major Occupation and close-out works- Calder Park LXR– Tender team for AWP13 TOC
