Newton, MA

I managed the export of clinical supplies to hospitals and institutions conducting clinical studies. I also created and kept a database of human clinical blood and cell samples to be used for testing. In the lab, I grew and maintained cell cultures for drug testing experiments.

I prepared solutions, chemical mixtures, growth plates, and liquid growing culture for introductory biology labs and upper-level labs. I also stocked biology supplies, maintained and cleaned the biology labs, and cleaned lab equipment, such as, pipets, flasks, test tubes, and beakers.

Performed research into the degradation of venlafaxine (Effexor®) by bacterial species and water treatment plant sludge.

As the student assistant offensive coach I worked with head coach and other coaches to write and create practice plans. I also scouted other lacrosse teams and wrote scouting manuals, as well as, assisted in the recruiting of high-school athletes to play at the College of Wooster.
