As the Coaching and Maintenance Coordinator of the Brisbane Grammar School Sailing program, I perform an organisational role involving the management and instruction of the coaching team whilst assisting in the technical tuition of the boys in the flagship sailing team. In addition, I coordinate the maintenance of the program assets, including the sailing and support boats, which involves consistent communication with external repairers and a practical and hands on approach to issues that arise.

At Mine Energy Solutions I was involved in the design of components and procurement of drawings for the retrofitting of High Density Natural Gas fuelling systems to diesel engines in the freight and mining sectors. Currently the technology is employed by the Dual Fuel Mobile Mining project being tested at the New Acland Coal Mine. In the role I was familiarised with both the SolidWorks CAD program and the responsibilities of working in a Mechanical Engineering team.
