• Over 18 years of leadership experience in leading, motivating and developing cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams in the health and financial sectors with track record of driving outstanding employee engagement results.• 6 years’ experience in operational management of a multidisciplinary allied health unit and oversee the business planning, service delivery, budgeting, reporting, administration, financial and human resource management of medical, nursing and clinical administrative staff. • 16 years of customer relations and operations management experience in the financial services industry, holding a variety of roles servicing and maintaining relationships with international customers in the Japan and Asia Pacific region. • Proven ability to successfully implement and execute complex transformation changes and re- engineering initiatives. Track record of driving and influencing change successfully. Acted as core project member and interacted among key stakeholders on change implementation and evaluation. • 5 years of vocational training experience in Hong Kong.
