- Answer members’ inquiries on their health benefits, claims and account management. - Collaborate with internal departments and external providers to ensure the closure of members’ gaps in care.

- Respond to all inbound/outbound calls and emails regarding timesheet, authorization, payment, account update.- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure callers’ inquiries got answered or solved.

- Use SQL and Excel to extract, manipulate and analyze data to detect and fix errors, identify error trends/patterns, analyze root causes, and provide recommendations for training.- Provide audit reports to the Management.
