- Main responsibilities for preparing of feasibility study and the related documents for license application at CBM - Research data, laws, regulations and monitor websites, specially CBM website and observe its directives - Build relationship with stakeholders: Central banks, Ministries and partner companies and making the meetings appointment with them- Prepare and review for company’s legal and confidential documents such as MOU, NDA and agreements- Responsible for budget, cash management, finance report, audit and tax- Checking and reporting the administration cases regarding DICA, membership extension and fees, office maintenance, office equipment’s and fix assets report, the bill payments, office room rental charges, wages and other overhead costs quarterly and yearly
