Built successful donor relationships with a portfolio of current and prospective Major Gifts donors and Patrons, increasing support for the annual fund and special projects. Co-chaired the Council of the Phil donor group. Actively engaged donors and prospects in Philharmonic activities, including cultivation dinners and Leonard Bernstein Circle events. Created and hosted virtual events to keep Major Gifts and Patron-level donors connected during the extended off-stage period due to the pandemic.

Further increased contributed support across all areas including special events, raising $2.8M annually, which marked 30% growth over 6 years. Solicited 6- and 7-figure leadership gifts for the organization’s first major capital campaign. Continued representing the institution in the community, stewarding major donor and stakeholder relationships, building the Board and Advisory Council, and launching a Business Council. Welcomed the first female President & CEO and celebrated the airing of the PBS "Treasures of NJ" documentary on the historic State Theatre.

Led the Development team to achieve increased revenue goals and strategically expand the individual and institutional giving programs. Oversaw donor cultivation and special events, including a new Onstage Women's Tea that doubled proceeds in its second year. Engaged sponsors with creative opportunities to support projects aligning with their core interests, such as autism-friendly performances and Diversity & Inclusion. Worked with fellow Executive Staff colleagues to advance the Theatre's five-year strategic plan, including Board development and reactivating Advisory Council, collaborating across the organization on Patron Loyalty, and quiet phase fundraising for a major capital campaign.

Developed all institutional communications, including effective grant materials, proposals, letters of inquiry, acknowledgement letters, progress reports, and presentations.

Supported two Directors’ portfolios of individual and institutional donors totaling over $1.5 million. For the $7 million Radio Broadcasts Campaign, managed donor recognition and webpages, cultivation events, and broader-reaching appeals.
