Meet students regularly to make sure they are on track, checking frequently to see how they are doing based on the plan;3. Communicate with parents to solve their questions and concerns to make everyone is on the same page and at the same time build great relationships with them ;4. Help high students to fill out the application forms , help them communicate with school teachers regarding recommendation letters, send out scores, upload required forms , submit all of the required applications etc;5. After application submission, set up school portals to check if the application materials are complete, guide students to communicate with schools regarding missing materials etc;6.
