• Cooperate with TAG Hong Kong team colleagues to sourcing resumes of suitable candidates, technology sourcing in APAC market for IT industry
• Sourcing candidates through job portals of Hong Kong(LinkedIn, jobsDB, CTgoodjobs, eFinancial) to find both local and foreign candidates to work in Hong Kong
• Contact candidates by email as well as via phone call for HR screening
• Have daily catch-up with Hong Kong recruiters to follow up with the status of recommended candidates as well as the latest sourcing requirements.
• Compare with the weekly SO report and have a detailed WebEx meeting with teams for requirements on the new open roles.
• Coordinate with candidates and arrange the interview (WebEx/F2F)

• SME for Accounts Payable Help DeskThe client is a branch of foreign bank in Hong Kong. We support the process of procure to pay for in-house users.
• Answer the queries of users by phone calls and emails.
• Log the ticket in WQM(BMC) system and resolve tickets when finish the case with user
• Help user to raise PR/PO in their internal system for approval. Then issue invoice with vendor and submit the invoice in system to issue payment to vendor.
• We monitor the invoice scanning, vendor set up process.
• Change payment term for urgent cases in SAP.
