Ms. Wang Li is among the first group of employees that joined HMI, China’s first company to invest in the whole industrial chain of hemp. Established in 2015, HMI has set up more than 20 subsidiaries in no more than three years, focusing on the whole industry chain development of hemp, including planting, extracting, researching, producing and selling products related to industrial hemp.Modern cannabis research is originated from China’s General Military Supplies Equipment Institute, which studies hemp fiber application, medical cannabis etc. In order to let more citizens enjoy the research results, a strategic alliance is set up between HMI and General Military Supplies Equipment Institute. Therefore, in 2015 the first cannabis extracted beverage in China is created. A complete sales network of Satiwa was established by Ms. Wang Li and in just one year the sales amount reaches to more than $1.5 million. During the time, they deepen their recognition of this amazing plant, so they determined to develop the whole industrial chain of industrial hemp. Then Ms Wangli conducted the first CBD research in China, identifying the future direction of the company.In 2016, one of her colleague’s father suffered from cancer and it is CBD that has lengthened his life. Witnessing the amazing effects of CBD, she determined to spread cannabis’ knowledge to more Chinese so as to improve their live quality. So in late 2016, she set up China’s first cannabis-related social media account in Weibo and Weixin (汉麻博士-Hemp Doctor) to raise public awareness, which sees a steady growth of followers.

2009-2012, in the first, being the counselor of Zhonghe Education and become the monthly sales champion in the first month, after that, holding the position of Beijing branch company’s supervisor/ branch manager/ sales director/ general manager of marketing, leading the team achieving nearly $3 million sales amount in 20122013-2015, taking charge of marketing director of Zhonghe Education: 1. Establishing the national one-set sales system and model in half year;2. Establishing 200 employees’ sales team in two year from starch;3. National sales process formulating, sales performance enacting and sales system KPI establishing, achieving $16.2 million national performance in 2013 and doubles the performance in 20144. In charge of selecting and cultivating of branch companies’ managers, cultivating nearly 20 managers for branch companies in two years.
