For my master's research thesis, I explored "The Thriving Workplace: The Effect of Mindfulness-Based Interventions on Cultivating a Growth Mindset." I designed and implemented a two-week intervention at a global energy company to assess whether self-reflection and other micro-practices could effectively support the development of a growth mindset among employees. The primary goal of this study was to design and evaluate an evidence-based approach to fostering a growth mindset in the workplace.
