Current•Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the business objectives, and vision of the organization.•Assist in the weekly management meetings•Assist in the departments meeting for the whole company•Responsible for the hiring process: job description. job posting, selection, interviewing, job offers, orientation•Initiate and monitor the performance appraisal process•Implement training plan for the whole company and make sure that all employees are given the adequate trainings•Prepare and execute end of month salaries and make sure all deductions are made in an appropriate way and abiding by the Law•Responsible for end of year CNSS forms as well as the ministry of Finance forms (تصريح الاسمي السنوي - R3 – R6 – R7) in coordination with the accounting department•Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards•Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required•Prepare monthly activities for employees.Responsinle for employees insurance plan•Make sure that employees files are up to date
