• As part of this contract position, I helped oversee logistics related to PHA’s annual Summit. The Summit, hosted for the first time outside of Washington, DC, attracted 400 attendees and garnered 60,000 impressions on.
• Coordinated the operation of all Summit meetings, workshops, panels, and plenary sessions, in addition to PHA’s inaugural topic dinner
• Supported the Chief Marketing Officer on stage design and decor, planned the technical aspects of the show with the A/V team, and created staff briefings
• Served as the first point of contact for all attendees, managed and troubleshooted the registration website, and updated the Executive Leadership Team regularly
• Crafted content for PHA’s social channels, drafted and edited e-marketing copy, and assisted the creation of the annual progress report

• Supported the organization’s mission to end the childhood obesity epidemic by engaging with current and potential partners
• Collaborated with the team responsible for the planning and implementation of PHA's annual Summit
• Created data reports, researched new streams of revenue, and assisted with ongoing projects across departments, including Development, Communications, and Partnerships
