I believe:- Authentically prioritizing people earns the strongest, most sustained impact.- Data is useful (and fascinating) until it’s not. - A steadfast, inspiring vision also holds space for changing goals, competition, and resources.- Evidence-based approaches include in-market learning. - Tactics, tech, and trends are not synonyms for strategy.I’m particularly interested in analytics, user experience research, behavioral science, product design, social justice and health equity, social listening, organizational culture, and change management.
