The part of internship was staying in a village for a week to understand the community and dynamics, livelihood pattern, socio-culture and social stratification and I was assigned to propose a model for promoting natural farming with the idea of connecting 1000-1500 families with a year and along with it make a tracking system at the end. I was also involved in making a packaging design for FPO products.

I specialised in agriculture at BWF. where I was assigned five thematic areas like agriculture, a dairy cooperative, women empowerment, migration and machine bank.Working with female farmers motivates me a lot. It gives various perspectives on the caste system, education, health, market linkage, varieties of crops and many more things to observe and learn about the situation of farmers in the Jamui district of Bihar. Also, the CSR named JM financial foundation shows how CSR works in remote areas.

Supporting with documentation and desk-based research and finalizing a field based survey report.

A. Supporting hamlet fellows monitoring collection of data 800 households on vaccination related information in hamlets of Matiali Block of Jalpaiguri district of West Bengal. B. Supporting and monitoring community survey through group discussion in 8 hamlets. C. Supporting hamlets meeting to generate awareness on CAB. D. Conducting stakeholder meeting and writing letters to District level, Block level officials for schemes linkage and vaccination.
