Saw project through from Design Development through Construction Administration and Punch-list. Program included a series of production, post-production, instructional and administrative spaces. Scope included column removal and structural transfers, specialized HVAC design, acoustic detailing, rigorous AV infrastructure and architectural design.Served as Primary contact for Steiner NYC, CUNY, and Brooklyn College. Oversaw design, coordination and documentation from DD through 100% CDs.Responsibilities also included detailing, coordination and documentation of housing component, including bearing wall and precast plank construction, metal panel and glazing stair enclosure, and MEP coordination.
