1. Support the Regional advocacy manager with the administrative and logistic organisation of advocacy activities, including drafting concept notes, agendas, invitation letters, etc.;2. Support the implementation of relevant advocacy activities, including drafting statements, policy paper and promotional materials;3. Monitor EU,EU Member States and UN activities/calendars relevant to security, and provide Advocacy team with up-to- date information by sending/drafting news;4. Participate in calls, meetings and eventually policy events and prepare meeting reports and notes;5. Support the management of the grant-making cycle and principles of one of the main philanthropies at global level.6. Draft/edit routine correspondence and memoranda, sends standard letters to grantees, ensure that grant documentation, supporting documentation and docket memos are in order;7. Assist in the research for potential grantees, including field research about the activities of civil society organizations across Europe;8. Maintain and update working files and databases of advocacy experts, consultants and organizations.
