At Bayer Woodland's Plant Pathology lab, I receive, assign, and track seed for bioassays in computer systems; order lab supplies; organize and maintain seed and pathogen inventories; and learn to perform various bioassays for pathogen resistance in crops; miscellaneous tasks.

Process and weigh below/aboveground biomass and soil samples for several ongoing projects related to grassland restoration ecology; clean and maintain lab equipment.

Plant native species; process seeds; clear fire lines for controlled burns; quadrat sampling; monitor and participate in Coastal Cleanup Day.
