-Supporting the global organization in complying with data protection laws through the implementation of a privacy framework in the context of clinical trials.-Project Manager and Oversight Director, responsible for ensuring EMEA compliance with EU and national data protection regulations in multinational clinical trials.- Legal advisory on privacy law to international clinical teams and clients, as well as coordinator among them.- Management of specific client engagement projects where PPD acts as the legally appointed Data Protection Representative.- Drafting, negotiation and execution of contracts with pharmaceutical companies as well as vendors providing services for all EU countries and globally, including data processor agreements and Standard Contractual Clauses.- Overseeing and coordinating communications with EU Data Protection Authorities that are competent in EU countries.- Training of clinical key staff and international pharma clients in European personal data protection.
