I design and deliver bitesize sessions, create digital content, and integrate career development resources within the curriculum to make these opportunities accessible. In addition to group workshops, I provide personalised one-to-one appointments, assisting students with everything from application processes to interview preparation.Managing the administrative aspects of placements is also a key component of my role. My strong organisational skills and attention to detail enable me to maintain accurate records and produce management information for data reporting.I also lead the planning and delivery of a dedicated placement module, providing structured academic support for students as they navigate their placement year. As an Associate Fellow of Higher Education, I integrate my creative background into the educational experience, ensuring that each session is not only informative but also engaging and impactful.Collaboration is at the heart of my work. I partner with colleagues across the Careers and Entrepreneurship team and the Business School to share best practices and enhance student support. I actively co-create projects with student staff, giving them a voice in shaping our placement programmes.Beyond my professional responsibilities, I am deeply committed to advocating for social issues, including gender equality, LGBTQIA+ rights, disability inclusion, and sustainability.
