• Plans, organizes, and conducts research in various economics related subjects such as poverty reduction, macroeconomic policy, social policy. • Identify and compile lists of potential research subjects in accordance with study objectives and parameters, as appropriate to CDPP• Prepares reports of completed projects for publication internally or for requesting institutions.• Develops plans for project or studies guidelines for project prepared by professional staff member to outline research procedures to be followed. • Carrying out advocacy campaigns to disseminate research findings to stakeholders.

1. Interview for-profit social entrepreneurs currently in our system, and help them tell their stories.2. Identify and recruit for-profit social entrepreneurs3. Identify and recruit mentors who have built, managed, advised, studied, or invested in social enterprises.4. Identify early stage investors for social entrepreneurs5. Help the MCN tell our story through website and fundraising assistance6. Perform due diligence on the entrepreneurs we are working with for our green grab project. 7. Help to create local in-person communities of entrepreneurs, mentors, and investors around the world.8. Support online communities of our network through social media and other forums.

• Work in the implementation of project activities • Ensure good documentation of all SIHA activities and share then with regional program team • Conducting needs assessment in project target areas • Support SIHA local partners in implementation of their projects • Facilitate communication between local partners and SIHA regional program team • Work closely with advocacy and communications officer in planning campaigns and events • Draft a monthly plan of upcoming tasks and share with regional director • Contribute to SIHA newsletter, statements and other publications • Working with SIHA advocacy and communication officer on enhancing the presence of SIHA in social media sites, this includes planning, editing articles and suggesting new social media strategies.• Support project team in in drafting and editing program reports and concepts notes etc.

• Conducts a desk research on socio-cultural context, perceptions and practices in relation to missing persons and their families in Sudan;• Contributes to the analysis of the existing legal framework on the missing persons• Undertakes a stakeholder mapping• Participates in organization and undertaking of the assessment of needs of families of missing persons• Contributes to the analysis of the needs assessment findings and redaction of relevant reports• Assisting tracing delegates in organisation and tracing of all open missing persons cases in Sudan • Carryout a full profiling of the missing persons in ICRC database ( conflict, profession, age group etc) • Participates in any other ICRC activities in Sudan according to operational needs

• In charge of all communication and matters related of overseas manpower suppliers, newcomers, attendance, salaries etc.• Created and administered the Payment processing Report: this contains all International and local purchase orders of the company , report is used by buyers to track their documents and payment status, by myself to create bimonthly payment schedules for finance and procurement manager and to make sure records are up-to-date. • Liaising with all buyers to agree on a three month spending plan for all overseas payments. And also to provide a spending analysis for the previous year • Follow up with finance on transfer status and Communicate swifts to buyers/suppliers when received. • In charge of the purchasing all international financial reports for the company (e.g.BMI, EIU..Etc) • Assist in purchasing all animal feed raw materials including getting offers from suppliers and creating purchase orders, follow up on good receiving process and make sure it’s on time and that goods are up to company specifications, issuing payment requests against invoices received from suppliers in addition to daily stock reports, delivery reports, PO status etc. • Circulating & following Purchase orders, payment request, & other paper work for approval.• Conducting end of year staff performance appraisal, • Handling monthly staff overtime and bonus• In charge of putting together yearly man power plan making sure they are in line with departmental needs following the process until they are approved by Managing Director and recruitment process begins.
