Handling matters in both district and high court at advocate gaurav chhabra sir's office

I was a four-month intern at the office of Mr. NITIN SINGH BHATI in Indore High court. I got to learn a lot of things there from the starting day of my internship I was directed to read case files, handle the clients, management of the day to day activities in the office. My major work was to design the drafts, case filing, solving the case problems, manage the clients, and court hearing with the senior lawyers. I was just a 2nd-semester student at that time when my senior lawyer handed me CPC and big-big journals. Sometimes it was highly difficult to cope up with the challenges there but by the time I became habitual of that and now I am skilled in working under pressure and being punctual at the same.

Things I learned as a district court intern-1) got to learn how to draft the plaint and procedure of filing a case.2) dealt with section 138 of the NI Act, the Motor Vehicle Act, Consumer Protection Act, and IPC.3) visited the consumer forum, family court, and insurance companies.4) Argued with the Judge on behalf of the senior advocate.
