Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment. •Handling Permanent, C2H Staffing for various Clients, medium to senior level.•Ability to understand the client requirements and giving to our client with quality one. •Sourcing resumes through various mediums like Job Sites (Naukri, Monster,) and References •Screening and short listing of resumes based on the client’s requirement. •Responsible for conducting initial assessment of a candidate on Communication, Attitude & Commitment. •Uploading relevant profiles in client’s portal after discussion with candidates.•Scheduling interviews for short listed candidates in coordination with the clients. •Dedication to follow-up the candidates and close the job offer. (Closure) •Responsible for maintenance of candidate’s records. •Coordinating and handling weekend drives at the Client Place. •Generating delivery reports on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
