- Responsible for product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog and implementation of adequate products- Ownership of partner data integration in the platform, integration concept, data modelling, lifecycle management- Ownership of Analytics Suite- Provide Strategic & Operational support for building and managing cooperation- Responsible to increase numbers of clicks, add to cart on top of the funnel pages.- Algorithm writing. Create/Optimise algorithms for catalogue sorting. (Bestseller, Popularity)- Do competitive analysis to keep the product up to date.- Brainstorm with team to come up with new solutions and ways to increase conversions/revenue and better user experience.-Closely collaborate with backend and frontend developers-Closely collaborate with marketing, merchandising departments-Guide a team of Product Managers

--Be a core part of Client Relationship Building; Meet clients to build and sustain relationships-Take regular feedback from client on product, services and performance-Take care of all Client Communication-Understand client needs and provide solution at top speed-Act as the SPOC for internal technical team, client technical team and client business team-Upsell to all clients so they move from data collection to data analysis-Conduct health check on all documented outputs going to client-Provide training to clients on product or product updates-Build & record case studies of successful interventions with client-Keep myself updated on the product at all times-Build & maintain records of Tatvic Solutions-Liaise with Secondary Information Providers (SIPs) to ensure accurate and expedient transmission-Additionally Liaise with Google with the channel manager to manage the principle relationship

-Participate in the implementation design, setup, and review processes-Identify improvements to our feedback products and processes-Utilize Client software knowledge for testing customized software solutions-Build long-standing customer relationships by improving customer feedback programs-Provide support to client meetings by leveraging in-depth Medallia system capabilities-Work with client teams in resolving technical/system related inquiries-Provide quality assurance support when providing features to clients-Provide client support when analyzing large sets of data-Develop a thorough understanding of product features that are relevant to each client program
