Developed and Managed a new business vertical - private label merchandising for The Beer Cafe. The new business vertical is up for Retail but a whole new e-comm platform has been developed for the same. Additionally, using the existing Kitchen & Operational Infrastructure created and launched 2 Online Food Delivery Verticals across all 36 retail outlets pan India. Took the vertical to Swiggy, Zomato & Foodpanda and secured $1.5 Million additional revenue in first year.
