Corporate Banking Group –Channels & Payments projects Portfolio
A Global transaction Service program includes multiple projects in the Channels, payments, and corporate customer’s area to enhance the applications per business needs.
Agile based delivery model was followed for the delivery of enchantments related to corporate internet banking application.

ACHIEVEMENTS–

1- Collaborated FGIT PMO in establishing the project management Process and conducted workshops within other verticals in order to educate and institutionalize the methodology.
2- Successfully accomplished the responsibility of setting up Agile Methodology process in FGIT, building scrum team for Internet Banking enhancements.
3- Successfully convince business and FGIT PMO by showing value adds in merging multiple projects, predominantly the focus area was resource & cost optimization and faster delivery.
4- Integrated FGIT with Business by delivery project to business per agreed timelines and cost and gaining business trust.

RESPONSIBILITIES –

1- Managing Channel and Payment portfolio team of 35 associates
2- Review day to day project management activities (project schedules/project plans, milestones, risks, issues, etc).  Track project activities and tasks, and ensure the maintenance and integrity of all project documentation.
3- Define and manage project scope and risks. Investigate and make recommendations on issues that challenge scope boundaries.
4- Monitor and report on project traction and progress and, as necessary, coordinate the development, discussion, and approval of corrective action and/or contingency plans.
5- Create project status reports highlighting critical issues for management and overall status of the project.

As a Project Manager is was responsible for delivery of multiple projects in Cards, Mortgage and Core banking domain. Major project was to upgrade the capability of core banking system- Finet by minimizing the data loss of transaction replicated to DR site and reduction in system recovery time. Implementation was carried out in 13 Asia- Pacific countries.

Achievements –
1- Successfully rolled out all phases of regulatory Cards projects on time, with no occurrence of incident post implementation.
2- Successfully implement major up gradation of CBS-Finet in 13 Asia- Pacific countries.

Responsibilities –
1- Managing delivery teams with a direct staff of 32 associates and indirect staff of 87 (Vendor Staff for testing task).
2- Manage all phases of IT application development projects, including initiation, planning, execution, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
3- Develop detailed work plans, project schedules, estimates, and resource plans in conjunction with project team members and other involved IT and business teams.
4- Define and manage project scope and risks. Investigate and make recommendations on issues that challenge scope boundaries.
5- Monitor and report on project traction and progress and, as necessary, coordinate the development, discussion, and approval of corrective action and/or contingency plans.
6- Create project status reports highlighting critical issues for management and overall status of the project.
7- Conduct project meetings and be responsible for project tracking and an effective issue resolution process.

As a Project Manager I was responsible for delivery of multiple projects in Anti Money Laundering and Payments & Transaction domain. Major project was replacement of multiple existing AML systems to avoid the inconsistency during Alerts generation and Decision Migration with the new Global Client Screening system to surmount the deficiencies in old system and to implement in 93 countries.

2- Successfully implement multiple projects in Payment & Transactions by enhancing BP and ATTACHMATE applications.

Responsibilities –
1- Managing a team of 18 members in all aspects of People Management.
2- Manage all phases of IT application development projects, including initiation, planning, execution, and implementation
3- Monitor and report on project traction and progress and, as necessary, coordinate the development, discussion, and approval of corrective action and/or contingency plans.
4- Manage client relations to ensure that project delivery expectations are specified and met.
Engage project stakeholders and communicate project updates to ensure buy in and project success.

1- AK-BANK Card – Credit Cards.
Project was to improve the card issuing and acquiring system performance. The estimated size and cost of the project is 900 man days and USD 1.1M.

2- CITI Bank Validation – Energy & Utility.
CBV is an In-house NiSource application to track employee expenses. CBV has to migrate from Legacy to Web application, which will interface with newly build ASI System to generate reports. The estimated size and cost of the project is 600 man days and USD 0.8M.

RESPONSIBILITIES -

• Managing a team of 8 members in all aspects of Stakeholder Management and Delivery.
• Responsible for Planning and Implementation of the Project.
• Creation of Application Design, Component Design, Code analysis, Unit testing and Integration Testing.
• Perform Peer review to maintain the quality standard.
• Preparation of unit test plans and unit test results.
• Review of Coding and Unit Testing.
• Responsible to monitor and providing regular status of the project to the Project Stakeholder, Delivery Partner and Project Manager.
• Ensures that Project deliverables go smoothly, by tracking all deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Assisting PM with technical details and decisions during weekly Project Stakeholder calls.

As Scrum Master -
