Job Description of Store Officer 1. Responsible for the AOG support to facilitate the immediate retrieval of an AOG 2. Implement a complete proof system of material receipt, storage, safekeeping, issuance, retrieval and remittance / providing material support to the seller satisfactorily and for maintenance 3. Institute of an appropriate organizational structure in engineering store section 4. Perform collaborative audits with internal / external outlets and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are taken within the defined timeframe and the findings are closed (if any) 5. Ensure proper management of Stock Room, Tool room, Line stores 6. Ensure daily dispatch and pre-loading of materials for line stores at main bases and outstations. 7. Monitoring the daily functioning of outstations as well as maintaining minimum stock on outstations 8. Maintenance & upkeep of Warehouses/ Stock rooms on daily basis as per the DGCA/ regulatory guidelines 9. Environmental control in Bonded warehouses/ Stock rooms 10. Proper Storage of material as per OEM recommendations 11. Controlling issuance of spares, generating consumption reports and raising alerts for procurement to avoid stock outs 12. Proper accounting of Material (record all IN/OUT transactions) 13. Proper Storage of material as per OEM recommendations 14. Physical verification or Stock audits from time to time 15. Tool Store Management 16. Environmental control in Bonded warehouses/ Stock rooms 17. Controlling issuance of spares, generating consumption reports, and raising alerts for procurement to avoid stock outs 18. Proper accounting of Material (record all IN/OUT transactions) 19. Prepare inventory reports and distribution as per the policy 20. Physical verification or Stock audits from time to time 21. Monitor shelf life and calibration requirements of parts, components, tools and equipment. Decide to recalculate in coordination with purchase 22. Develop new vendors for repair/procurement

Studying scope of work, specs, design & Client’s Standard. Preparing Wire Frame & Connection of steel structure using TEKLA.  Reviewing approver’s comments & preparing ‘Post Review Queries’.  Ensuring AISC, AW S, OSHA, IBC Code in the Modeling Process.  Coordination of work flow in the Team and raising RFI.  Creating CNC, XML, KSS, ABOM, Bolt list & other reports.  Creating the Final package for submission to the client.
