Currently, I am a product manager at Western Union, where I focus on improving the money transfer experience for senders and receivers across various platforms and channels.Some of my key responsibilities and achievements include managing payment integration with Account Payout Network (APN), enabling faster and more convenient transactions, defining product roadmap and go-to-market strategy for various payment gateway integrations, and identifying and prioritizing the features that increase user retention and conversion. I leverage data, analytics, and customer feedback to inform my decisions and monitor the performance of the features.
