Working as a Production executive in Dry Mix Detergent Unit having capacity of 2L Tns per Annum & also work in BAR (VIM and RIN) plant of HUL Outsourcing unit Patna.• Lead the team of 66 manpower and own employee ,high-performance team to ensure optimum running of plant with high OR and OEE.• Plan to solve issue related to machine breakdown to minimize downtime.• Determine best uses of resources (RM & PM) and reporting dailyfollow up of expenses to production manager.• Monitoring personnel discipline to ensure harmoniousworking environment, strictly follow GMP practice.• To conduct investigation with relevant department in the case of having special incident happen at production.• Ensure EHS guidelines and familiar with permit to worksystem and follow safety compliances.• Work with manager to determine employee training needs anddevelop effective training programs.• Handling manpower, supervising the employees, assigningduties and create a shift schedule.• Daily rework & rejection follow up, safety follow up, & takingcountermeasures.• Developing preventive and predictive Maintenance plans andEnsure implementation, Breakdown Maintenance.• Production Planning and Start up/ Shutdown planning such thatthere is an optimum utilization of available resources.
