Being a member of B2B Development and Support Team, I’ve been responsible for various B2B activities like client take-on, weekly/adhoc reporting, health checks, adhoc requests for messages on SWIFT Alliance access, performing updation of FIL’s message formats as per new SWIFT guidelines (SWIFT Mandatory Upgrade), creation of new flows or Maintaining existing flows in B2B using IIBV9, debugging, RCA for a production bug etc.Being an active member of GFAS development team also brings in responsibility of leading the India B2B Team which includes various tasks as requirement gathering from users, creating stories in JIRA, preparation of various project related documents, attending client discussions, analysis of issues raised by users, finding problem areas, suggesting solutions, performing post production health checks on Both B2B and GFAS.Besides , I have also been responsible for mentoring new joiners in B2B and GFAS Record keeping product team, providing various functional and technical trainings, resolving various BAU issues, getting various project related tasks done by them, code/documents reviews, appraisals etc.Worked extensively on following SWIFT Messaging Services - SwiftNet FIN , SwiftNet XML and FileAct.Some of the main Projects were:1) B2B Single Leg Transfers via SWIFT2) CHAPS Payments via SWIFT3) Deal Cancellations via SWIFT4) ILF Payment Automation via SWIFT5) DCIO Payment Automation via SWIFT6) CRF Payment Automation via SWIFT7) CHAPS and BIB TPP Payment Automation via SWIFT8) ILF Appro/Expro Payment Automation via SWIFTRoles & Responsibilities: Working actively for the development of the Project by successfully executing the various requirements of the system. Specific responsibilities include: Requirement Analysis, Creating stories in JIRA, Running Scrum meetings.  Development & Maintenance of Flows in IIBV9 Unit testing, System testing and Preparing Test Plans/Results for WMB flows. GFAS Code Reviews for standards compliance.
