• Working on Payment Logs to analyze new trends and adding into negative list to prevent Revenue loss as Charge Back due to Fraudulent Transactions. Minimizing the misuse of E-Coupons by merchants, vendors and hoteliers.
• Handling & Assisting processing Diff. users both internal & external users such as OFFLINE Travel agencies, Customers, Banks and Legal Depts. queries for information exchange, identifying accounts that were set up.
• Maintain MIS Reports i.e Negative Data, Missed Fraud data, Savings etc.
• Performing Chargebacks on VISA and MasterCard on merchants on behalf of customers for any fraudulent transactions or for any false billing. Handling all other banks dispute/chargeback raised against Makemytrip and.
