(1) Responsible for all type of preorder engineering activities like, to prepare design thickness calculation of chemical storage Tanks, Equipments and piping, to prepare costing sheet of inquiries as per design calculations, to guide the estimation team to check and validate the estimations and calculations. (2) Responsible for all type of post order engineering tasks for every project like, to guide the drafting team, to prepare drawings in AutoCAD & Solid works, to check and validate the drawings, bill of materials and brought out item lists.(3) Responsible for all type of design validation tasks like, to perform finite element analysis of products in Ansys and Solid works, to check and validate the FEA report of product, to coordinate with engineering consultants.(4) Responsible for New Product Development for any project as per client’s requirements or as per market scenarios as well.(5) Team Management and procedure implementation. (6) Development of procedure for Raw Materials calculation and purchase indents as per awarded projects for material planning & control purpose. Guide the team and over see the implementation. (7) Setting up QC Procedures & Testing guidelines as per Latest Manufacturing standards for FRP Equipments. (8) Responsible to travel across India and overseas for business purposes as and when required.

(1) Responsible for all type of preorder engineering activities like, to prepare design thickness calculation of chemical storage equipments and piping, to prepare costing sheet of inquiries as per design calculations, to guide the estimation team, to check and validate the estimations and calculations, to resolve the engineering query’s of customers about inquiries.(2) Responsible for all type of post order engineering tasks for every project like, to guide the drafting team, to prepare drawings in Autocad & Solidworks, to check and validate the drawings, bill of materials and brought out item lists.(3) Responsible for all type of design validation tasks like, to perform finite element analysis of products in Ansys and Solidworks, to check and validate the FEA report of product, to coordinate with engineering consultants about piping analysis in “CAESAR II” as well.(4) Responsible for preparing and validating of all type of engineering inputs for “SAP system” like, to generate the BOMs & BOILs, to generate routing, to validate item masters, to validate the project orders etc.(5) Responsible for New Product Development for any of particular project as per clients requirements or as per market scenarios as well.(6) Responsible for any system implementation as per managements requirements.

(1) Responsible for the preparation of manufacturing drawings for Press molding, Pultrusion, Polycarbonate injection moulding, Deep drawn metal enclosers etc. operations in 2d & 3d in Solidworks & Autocad.(2) Responsible for all type of marketing drawings & tender drawings as well as GTPs for electrical enclosers.(3) Responsible for finite element analysis of New Product Development in Solidworks.(4) Responsible for manufacturing of first prototype of all the New Product Development projects.(5) Handle the technical queries from the end of customers.(6) Responsible for site visit for New Product Development projects.

(1) Responsible for the preparation of manufacturing drawings for Press molding, Roto molding, LRTM, Blow molding, Pultrusion, FRP chop hoop wounding, etc. operations in 2d & 3d in Solidworks & Autocad.(2) Responsible for finite element analysis of new product development in Solidworks.(3) Responsible for manufacturing of first prototype of all the new product development projects.(4) Preparation of detailed Bill of Material of products.(5) Handle the technical queries from the end of customers.(6) Responsible for site visit for new product development projects.

(1) Responsible for the preparation of manufacturing drawings for Casting, Forging, Press Moulding, VMC Machining, Lathe, Milling, Shaping, Drilling, Profile cutting, Wirecut etc. operations in 2d & 3d in Creo Parametric & Autocad.(2) Responsible for making of first prototype & pilot lot of all the New Product Development projects.(3) Responsible for getting a sample approval from the customers end.(4) Responsible for issue of controlled copy to production department.(5) Preparation of detailed Bill of Material of products.(6) Preparation of costing for inquiries.(7) Handle the technical queries from the end of customers.(8) Responsible for preparation of SAP BOM & Routing and other basic SAP formalities for NPD projects.

(1) Responsible for the preparation of manufacturing drawings for SMC Press Molding, Hand lay up, Pultrusion, FRP chop hoop wounding, FRP filament wounding etc. operations in 2d & 3d in Creo Parametric & Autocad.(2) Responsible for getting a drawing approval from the customers end.(3) Responsible for finite element analysis of typical jobs in Nastran & Creo parametric.(4) Responsible for issue of controlled copy to production department.(5) Preparation of detailed Bill of Material of products.(6) Preparation of costing for inquiries.(7) Handle the technical queries from the end of customers.(8) Responsible for site visit for inquiry or tender submission purpose.
