I got a bachelor degree from UFMS (Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul, in a free translation) in Business Administration. I already worked in different sectors of multinational companies, as well as in the three spheres of the Brazilian public service. Furthermore, I've always worked directly with customer service and, for me, customer success is the key to the company's success. Part of my work experience was in the IT support area, and I also already was a tutor for college entrance exams.I'm an organized and communicative person, and I like to be always learning new things - my free time is usually dedicated to reading.I was a volunteer at an animal protection NGO and had a brief international experience, improving my English skills in Ireland, since I finished middle and high school in a bilingual school. Also, I can understand a little bit of Spanish and French.
